    Well what a completely underrated meal tonight. Ordered the Pork Ribs with the "secret dry Alma rub mix" - would have to have been one of the driest, saltiest rack of ribs I have ever had. Not good at all.

    The Alma has become a regular for us for a quiet dinner (there is carpet on the floor so you can have a conversation without yelling!) with friendly efficient service and an exceptionally interesting menu for pub dining. The kitchen delivers what the menu suggests and more. Definitely recommend!

    The food is amazing and very allergy/ diet restrictions friendly, absolutely no concerns navigating as someone who cannot have gluten and loved the range of options readily available. The staff are friendly and attentive (especially Kyle who was also fantastic when I needed an assistance animal friendly booking). Thank you for a lovely night, we will continue to dine with you guys and recommend it to our friends.

    Spacious dining area with a good vibe to chill. It has some nice booths. Peking duck pizza was very interesting. Soft dough. And could do with more duck meat on the pizza. But it tasted pretty good. Sweet potato fries were crispy and thin. Very addictive and delicious. Chicken schnitzel was tad bit dry. Crumb was crunchy. Mushroom sauce was too thick and mac and cheese was too diluted and lacked flavour. House chips were not bad but not very crispy. Hit and miss

    Great food, service and so fabulous they take care of coeliacs like me. It's so hard to find pubs and restaurants who cater for us so well. I'll definitely be back! .
