  I went to this branch to create an account. I got it created and the stuff gave me chocolate to congratulate me for buying new house all in less than 5 minutes. The stuff are really friendly and helpful.

  Very very horrible service, I came to cash out $5000 from my business saving acc at 9:30am 9/9/19 , the lady at cash transaction she looked at me like a thief money, told me must have notice from banksa, medicare care...only have $50 note here..she make it difficult for me.
  And then i went to banksa brand at Avenue shopping, the girl there very nice and super friendly, she just asked me ID, that’s it, made it easy,

  went there to deposit money in my account. Customer service lady Tracy was was quite rude. i was 1st in the queue and she totally ignored me and asked the lady behind me ( who wasn't even in the queue) if she could help her, lady said no and when she finally called me, she was quite rude and barely made eye contact and sorta ignored me the whole time. i don't expect her to be super friendly or anything but i have had much better interactions with people from customer service. instead of talking to me, she was busy talking to her coworker next to her.
