Not only is she absolutely amazing at what she does but she is also an amazing person - such a great girl to talk to and makes me feel at home. I am prone to fainting so she makes sure everything is perfect before we begin the procedure and makes the process as smooth and stress free as possible. I have never had a bad experience here and don't have a bad thing to say about any of the girls that work here.
- Vin P Added February 14, 2022★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had laser hair treatment, (I had few treatments previously as well), she was not using pencil to mark before laser treatment I have told her to use pencil she ignored me and said she's know what she is doing. Few weeks later I have big missed spot. When I booked and went again to fix missed spot manager said I have to come back again as area missed is larger than she thought. Next day one staff called me while I was driving and 5 minutes away from booked appointment said appointment is cancelled as manager is unwell and I still go there and assistant manger fixed this. I gave extra star for that assistant manager who behave more professional than others. Where is their complaint resolving system?

Went to get fillers, usually go to another location but was the first time at norwood silk. Liz is an amazing nurse she is professional and is understanding with what clients are after. She is also honest with her advice and opinions.

She is professional and very thorough, knowledgeable and a great person. She makes you feel very comfortable and is amazing at her job. Highly recommend!
