    Amazing customer service. Staff was very helpful. They give me information about PO BOX and helped me open it in VIC. They could have easily said no. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place.

    Closed all day Saturday & Sunday making it impossible for me me to collect parcels without taking time off work. This is common practice now with AusPost and costs us all money and time. Terrible practice. At least open for 2 or more hours Saturdays.

    Excellent service from the two ladies working Friday arvo 19th Feb in reprinting my international shipping docket, with a blurred barcode. They also get more parcel collections than most other offices.

    Stationary.Bulk stock available readily.

    Disgusting service. I was calling to get the number of another branch because the main line was down temporarily, I was civil and just wanted to get in touch before closing. I got hung up on mid conversation as soon as she realised the job was too hard for her. Unfortunately I was unable to catch her name but safe to say the service is atrocious.
