  Lied about returns policy over Christmas.
  Advised we had until 7/1/21 to return for refund. Tried to return and was told that a credit note was all that could be issued.
  Go somewhere else if you can.
  
  In terms of the response, I think you may want to educate your employees about your return policy. It was indicated at the time of sale a refund could be obtained in this time period. If it were not for that there would have been no sale at all. Do not blame the customer for one of your employees mistakes.
