  I enter the shop and 4 workers are standing around chatting. They all look at each other thinking I don't want to go help this guy your turn, making me feel bad that I had disturbed their chat. They couldnt fix the problem and rather than trying or ringing up someone to get an answer claimed that they were a individual buisness and only a branch of Telstra and here was a number I could call. Hey, there were 4 of them idle why couldnt they make the call and help me. You have the Telstra sign on the door, so you are Telstra regardless of the way the management is setup. I pay premium rates for premium service, I did not get that in this case.

  Really bad service the manager was not helpful at all. He was also delusional about the previous poor ratings the store has received.

  Twice I have been into your store today & have not been able to pay my bill.
  
  You are very quick to send overdue accounts but you make it impossible to pay a bill.
  
  Get it together not all Australians are on the internet nor do we eft
